Response to Intervention is a culturally sensitive, effective way of qualifying students for special education services as authorized by the 2004 Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). It insures that all students have had the opportunity to learn before qualifying them for an Individual Education Plan (IEP).
Its kind of a big deal.

I can not imagine that RtI is effective without technology. Who doesn't love a good list?
